Your best bet is to take it to a memorabilia shop. However, as with all collectibles, the answer depends on what someone is willing to pay.
One note: up until probably the late 1980's, movie posters were shipped to theatres folded in envelopes. It wasn't until later the posters started coming rolled in cardboard tubes. For this reason, you would expect an authentic theatre poster (or one-sheet) to have creases.
