The chances of anyone owning an album of photographs was a rarity and most were kept in frames in a prominent place in the home and kept on show for any visitor to see. Now it is so different, and photographic images can be stored online, on a computer or a memory stick to be viewed at any time, or in the time honored traditional photo album.
